Product review: Nivea diamond shampoo & conditioner

It is not a interesting or new product but I am doing this as a reminder for myself. This shampoo and conditioner smells nice, and smell is only thing that helps me choose my shampoo. Of course, price is important too. I don't bother with all that text that is written on the packaging, because if I start reading that I end up with dilemma : '' Do I want more volume or more shinny hair?'', ''But I want both!'' ...And then  shopping lasts forever...
So it is  perfume and price, I know that is totally wrong way to buy something, but meh....I am also hoping to switch shampoos with no poo thing in the future, but these last forever when you want to get rid of them :)

 I dont like how my hair feels like after washing with these shampoo and conditioner. My hair ends up shinny and somehow dead , probably from all the diamonds that this shampoo contains. But it is somehow without volume but frizzy  and I have to wash it again the next day :)

So it is a don't buy this product again for me :D

RP : Mixa bb cream review

Tinted moist..whops, I meant  BB creams are thing right now, everyone has to have one. I bought this Mixa BB cream because it said that it is good for sensitive skin and it has anti redness ability and also, mum was paying so then it is easier to try new things, right?

Mine is natural rose shade. I have pink undertone so this fits me. They also have BB anti redness cream shade Natural gold and CC anti redness cream with SF 15 which is white . It is paraben and alcohol free product.

 

I use it with my beauty blender, after regular cream, and my skin definitively looks nicer after I put it. My skin color evens out, and it gives a little bit dewy finish and I like that, I feel younger for some reason because of that :D

TV Show one MUST watch

IT CROWD

It is a British sitcom. Episodes are 25 minutes long. Sadly it only has 25 episodes, but they made strong impact on everyone that I know watched this show and they remember it. Story is about every day events in IT department in Reynholm Industries. IT department consist of two socially awkward guys Roy and Moss and then, there is also Jen, head of their department / relationship manager who knows nothing about computers or memory or RAM.

So we have new number there 2015

First there was alcohol shopping, then there was a lot of crackling noise and heavy drinking and then light started to increase, more noise, more cheer..dogs became upset, friends are drunk and..yay we have beginning of  New Year ..that is chance for making new plans and starting new ways one would say, but I am not planning person type..

First thought on first morning of January: You should stop drinking so much! and if you could measure mornings on first day in new year, mornings would start at 2pm, not bad at all. It was a slow day after ''morning'', half of day spent watching Gone with the wind, and the other half eating of course.  I hope everyone had more fun and less hangover headache!

Hello borg!

I can't stop listening to this song. Video is kinda creepy, but cool. And lyrics, well, more like those few lines, are truthful. I don't know what it is, but it is addictive.

It is tagged on last fm as: mellow, quirky, indie pop.. I don't listen to stuff like this normally.  

Well, perhaps everything is more interesting than studying. ( forget perhaps :D )

Orchid 102: how to get rid of mealybugs?

I got my last orchid as a gift. Luckily, I always put my new flowers far away from other plants until I see that it is healthy.

This one was really nice colored and I was sad when one day I discovered cotton-like parts on her spike.

I immediately started searching on Google for orchid parasites and I found out that those cotton flakes are called mealybugs. They are disgusting and nasty bugs that can move from one plant to another! Oh, the horror!!!

Said goodbye to that orchid and started with experiment.
I removed every part of orchid infected with bugs and trimmed roots.


When plant was bug free I washed roots in dish washing detergent and sprayed with window cleaning stuff. Mixture of detergent and isopropyl alcohol is used for killing mealybugs. I didnt have that alcohol so I used window cleaner, because it has isopropyl in it.

I rinsed everything and left it in a jar. It stayed there for a month.

Every now and then I sprayed water and orchid food mixture  on her roots hoping that it wont dry out.

And after one month, I saw that plant is still bug free, that was sign that I can replant it again.

And look at it now! It is still weak and sad looking. But it has NEW FLOWER SPIKE growing!!

Also this experiment somehow proved that Phalaenopsis can grow in air for a month if you water it when it needs water.

My orchid will live (for now :D) !
